Thanks for coming, As most of you know I am Troy Merriam And I have some exciting news!
First I would like to note, The East Gate has been Optimized. It's not really any thing Special, just a basic affiliate site Loaded with some of Todemmart's Money Makers and Income shakers. And of Course a Quick rundown of todemmart's Gates.

Leadership Second step to Success

The Basic skill of leadership can be defined in two areas, Logic and Psychology. Yes, this is were things get a little complicated. but, once you grasp these two basic concepts finding a good job in the real world or making money online will become simplified.
Head on Down to your local library and borrow a book that teaches the basics of Logic. Read it, Then read it and then read it again. When you sit down to read make sure to have a dictionary on hand. Studies show that when a person reads, every time the person reads over a word that he does not understand the persons focus leaves the reading thought pattern and drifts off to other things it can better understand.
I am willing to bet that most of you that are reading this are thinking," Why should I blow my time reading a book when I could be trying to making money." Well I will explain. You can go out into the world right now and get a real job or pick up a money making opportunity that you found in your e-mail. But how much do you think you are really going to make ? Minimum wage or barely enough to cover your start up cost. Statistics show that less than one percent actually make money online and in the real world making decent money is even worse.
A person that knows the basics of logic alone can go and land a job making well over minimum wage. Simply by talking to people that work in different places within your city you will begin to see the formation of the patterns of the working society. Once you can pick up on the patterns you will then be able to define where decent work is going to be next. And knowing is half the battle.
You can use this same strategy online. Simply by knowing what the next big program is going to be online, you can actually be at the top of the list. Those on top make the most money for that particular program. Now this is a start but you will soon figure out that the top isn't exactly were you think it is.
Once you have mastered Basic logic you know want to find a book on basic psychology. The break down of the human action. The ability of understanding is a priceless gem in any aspect of life. Understanding is the center fold of all decisions. And knowing all of your choices clearly will direct you towards success in any adventure you decide to take on. Being one of the first in the group is good but as a leader, shouldn't you be on top of the group of Societies work force.
So to sum it up, being able to see and know what those around you are going to do next and understanding why they are going to act on it, will heighten your odds of success off line and online.

Changes in Todemmart

Welcome and thanks for reading,

As most of you probably already know I Troy Merriam (Todemmart) has made some Jurassic changes to the Gates of Todemmart. Unfortunately the original North Gate, Todemmart Dot Com was apart of an affiliate program in which I will no longer have a part of. But I wont get into that I am not here to bash any names, I am just trying to do my part to help as many people as possible while generating a little income for me.

So with that said here's a quick run down of the old and whats new at the gates.

The South gate, Totem's Pass is now the main attraction. Although the free games Did not work out so well, I am still looking for a dependable free Source (If any one has any suggestion I would love to hear them, Thanks.) Plus I have decided to kick things up a notch or two. Since everyone seems to need more info on how and where to advertise for a higher online income Success rate, I will be loading the South Gate with Blogs and Articles in hopes to make your online income success less vulnerable to failure. Not to mention the time exhausting learning curves. Why should you go and make the same mistakes I have in the last few years when I can simply tell you how to jump right over it and save your self a lot of time, money and headaches. So at this point in time this is the main concentration on Todemmart's Totems's Pass South Gate.

In another area of the gates I have Positioned a new site to take the place of the original north gate. This site is Todemmart.net , unfortunately this is another affiliation but it fits in the gates very well. So if you have not been there yet take a look and you will see what I mean. At this point though I have no control over it's setup and I probably will be a while before I decide to upgrade the hosting.

, There is not much to say here. It's still pretty much still the same. The West Gate is a Personalized Amazon Production and any one can get there own For free On top of that you can have more than one. So if your looking for more info on the affiliation or just want to browse the site, feel free.

Last but not least The Odd ball East Gate. This poor Domain never even got to see the light of day. It was suppose to be another massive marketing site, but I couldn't seem to collect enough funds to to get the product I wanted so it pretty much has just sat there. Needless to say I have totally scratched that Idea for now and instead I am going to bring up another Affiliate site in it's place. Have you ever heard of Search estate ? This site is a basic search engine Compiling affiliations and whatever else people have decided to add. The new East Gate is a little messy right now but I will have it whipped into shape soon. My basic point here is to try and help as many people as possible with tip & tricks, Does & don't s, Basic skills and advanced skills. As well as basic and advanced ways and forms of advertising.

Have you ever heard of a business where there is no leader or in a more technical term, a boss? Perhaps it is quite inconceivable, since it highly significant in every field that one directs them towards their goal. For instance, if you want to employ a change in system within your business, a leader would have to stand out for you to get through the swamp.
Changing an entire business won't come easily especially if the employees do not have faith with the capacity of the senior who is leading them towards their end. But, doing so is never really that impossible as you have thought it was.
The part played by leadership
If you are a part of an organization, you may have noticed how important it was that the subjects have faith on the capacities of the leaders since they are supposed to be the living models that the subjects must look up to. Actually, in every area where people are involved, there's a great need that someone be responsible enough to lead everyone, because if not every organization would be distinguished as futile for they won't be able to achieve any goal that they have set.
Putting it under the setting of employing sudden change within a business, the subjects or the employees would anticipate for an improved, sensible, effective decisions and regular if not absolute communication from the leader to the employees. During these moments the employees expect more from the leaders such as confidence, support and commitment.
When all things has been said, it all boils down to the trust of the employees to the leader which in the future might bring them better working relationships and would possible strengthen their confidence with each other.
Consequences of poor leadership
Suppose it is inevitable that every leader would possess the essential leadership skills, then you ought to familiarize yourself with the ramifications of this possibility. It is but normal that when the leader is not able to exude any act of leadership that the employees begin to assume that there won't be any positive outcomes with their relationship.
There are certain incidents when the organization gets clouded by distrust and the chance that the employees would act in an illegible manner that they start to be apathetic with the goals of the organization. Feeble leadership would only result to the deficiency of hope which might probably go on for too long and in turn would lead to the organizations inevitable decline.
Leadership then is very significant in every organization because with its absence the whole team under the organization won't be able to function accordingly and they will not be able to operate with a harmonious relationship with one another.
