Leadership Second step to Success
The Basic skill of leadership can be defined in two areas, Logic and Psychology. Yes, this is were things get a little complicated. but, once you grasp these two basic concepts finding a good job in the real world or making money online will become simplified.
Head on Down to your local library and borrow a book that teaches the basics of Logic. Read it, Then read it and then read it again. When you sit down to read make sure to have a dictionary on hand. Studies show that when a person reads, every time the person reads over a word that he does not understand the persons focus leaves the reading thought pattern and drifts off to other things it can better understand.
I am willing to bet that most of you that are reading this are thinking," Why should I blow my time reading a book when I could be trying to making money." Well I will explain. You can go out into the world right now and get a real job or pick up a money making opportunity that you found in your e-mail. But how much do you think you are really going to make ? Minimum wage or barely enough to cover your start up cost. Statistics show that less than one percent actually make money online and in the real world making decent money is even worse.
A person that knows the basics of logic alone can go and land a job making well over minimum wage. Simply by talking to people that work in different places within your city you will begin to see the formation of the patterns of the working society. Once you can pick up on the patterns you will then be able to define where decent work is going to be next. And knowing is half the battle.
You can use this same strategy online. Simply by knowing what the next big program is going to be online, you can actually be at the top of the list. Those on top make the most money for that particular program. Now this is a start but you will soon figure out that the top isn't exactly were you think it is.
Once you have mastered Basic logic you know want to find a book on basic psychology. The break down of the human action. The ability of understanding is a priceless gem in any aspect of life. Understanding is the center fold of all decisions. And knowing all of your choices clearly will direct you towards success in any adventure you decide to take on. Being one of the first in the group is good but as a leader, shouldn't you be on top of the group of Societies work force.
So to sum it up, being able to see and know what those around you are going to do next and understanding why they are going to act on it, will heighten your odds of success off line and online.
